During my formative years, I was fortunate to engage in athletics. Despite the opportunity to pursue a continued athletic career, fate led me along a different trajectory.
In 2019, I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work, gaining valuable insights into mental health. After years of working in healthcare and public health settings, I underwent personal growth as a woman but lost myself mentally and physically.
At 180 pounds and 5’2 tall, my weight significantly impacted my overall wellness and mobility, prompting my return to the gym. Along my fitness journey, I rediscovered my athleticism and passion for fitness, which inspired me to share my experiences with others. Through perseverance, discipline, and a focus on health and wellness, I've learned valuable lessons that I'm eager to pass on to others.
I'm committed to guiding individuals towards their desired body goals while helping them develop healthy habits that enhance their lifestyle. If interested, I'm passionate about coaching and providing personalized nutrition plans to help you become the best version of yourself.
